Who we are

Times Tables Quest is made by Hartley House Studios Ltd (company no. 17492344), registered office 151 Charlbury Road, Nottingham NG8 1NE. Email admin@timestablesquest.com.

Using this website

• This website tells you about Times Tables Quest. It sets no tracking cookies, loads nothing from other websites and does not track you.
• We keep what it says accurate and up to date. Our promises page shows which features are here today and which are coming, and when it was last checked.
• If you send us a message, we use it only to reply to you, as our privacy notice explains.
• The words, pictures and game screens on this site belong to Hartley House Studios Ltd. You may print or share pages, including the flyer, to tell others about Times Tables Quest. Please don't copy them for anything else without asking.

A school's licence

• Who can use it. A licence lets the school's pupils and staff use Times Tables Quest, in school and at home, for the length of the licence.
• Price. £119 a year for the whole school, plus VAT. Smaller schools pay less: 20% off with 51 to 100 pupils on roll, 40% off with 50 or fewer. Trusts can agree one arrangement for all their schools.
• What's included. Every pupil, every teacher, every part of the game, the class data and home play. No add-ons.
• The free trial. A free trial for a class. No card, and nothing renews by itself: at the end of the trial, nothing happens unless the school chooses to buy a licence.
• Paying and renewing. [to confirm: how the school is invoiced, when payment is due, and how a licence is renewed or ended.]
• Logins. Children log in with a code and a PIN, never their name. The school keeps login cards safe and does not share them outside the school and its families.
• Fair use. Please don't try to copy, take apart or overload the game, or use it for anything other than learning.

Children's data

• The school stays in charge of its pupils' data. We act only on the school's instructions, under a written data processing agreement.
• We collect only what the game needs. We never sell children's data, never show children adverts and never use their data to train an artificial intelligence model.
• Where children's data is held, how long it is kept and how it is deleted are set out in the data processing agreement. [to confirm]

Keeping it running

We work to keep Times Tables Quest available and working well. [to confirm: notice of planned changes, service levels, limits of liability, and what happens if something goes wrong.]
