This website

It uses no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you enter the preview password, one cookie remembers that for 30 days so you aren't asked again; it holds nothing about you. If you close our enquiry box, your browser remembers that until you close the tab, so we don't show it again. Nothing is sent to us.

If you contact us

We collect your name, email, role, school name and postcode, phone if you give it, and what you write. We use it to reply to you and, only if you tick the box, to contact your child's school. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

If you use 'Is your child's school on the quest?', we keep the school name, postcode and your email so we can answer you, and we may tell the school that a parent asked. We don't pass your details to the school.

Who else handles it

Our website host (Vercel), our email sending service (Resend), our company email (Microsoft 365) and ImprovMX, which forwards email sent to admin@timestablesquest.com.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, then we delete it, unless your school becomes a customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or ask us to stop using it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This website collects nothing from children. Children's data in the game is covered by the notice their school gives families.
